Cancellation Policy

A fee of $25 will be charged if you cancel your registration. If you cancel within 10 days of the start of the session a fee of $50. will be charged.

The Staten Island Zoo is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit corporation and is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
