The Staten Island Zoo is offering virtual programs every week perfect for homeschooled students and those participating in remote learning.  

Every Wednesday from 12pm - 12:45pm.

December 16 - Expedition Rainforest

Investigate tropical rainforests layer by layer and discover what makes this habitat such an important part of global health.  The incredible biodiversity and animal adaptations found in a rainforest are an important part of this class.  Our Zoo Educator will present three animals that call the rainforest home and participate in a Q&A session with the students.

Recommended Grades:  3rd Grade through 5th Grade
