The Staten Island Zoo is offering virtual programs every week perfect for homeschooled students and those participating in remote learning.  

Every Wednesday from 12pm - 12:45pm.

December 9 - Food Web Fun

This class is an introduction to the parts of a habitat and the way plants and animals function.  We will introduce the concept of a food web and identify producers, consumers, and decomposers.  Our Zoo Educator will present three animals and participate in a Q&A session with the students.

Recommended Grades:  Pre-K through 2nd Grade
